.

Waiting and waiting, for exactly what I’m not sure.

The sun to rise.

The day to end.

The water to boil.

Mass to begin.

The cock to crow.

Christ to return.

———

A new day is here.

———

Father, thank You.

Jesus, I love You.

Holy Spirit, have Your way.

In AA they have an expression “LET GO AND LET GOD”. I give control
over this day to God’s Spirit and I try to get myself into the flow of God’s river, not my river…..and this usually occurs with gentle nudges from the
Holy Spirit. that means when I am stuck in traffic, and I’ll be late for something , JUST STOP, and internally say YES to God, put some music on
and I am sure God will speak to you in some way……even when you are
anxious or angry….I have tried this and honestly it works.

God’s mercies are new each morning! On the river of life, we have a pair of oars: faith and hope. Love fills our boat and keeps us afloat. Holy Spirit move us through the rapids into restful waters!
