DECEPTION
The evil spirit
deceitfully lures us–
into the past
to agonize
in the land of
“if only”–
and beckons us
into the future
to agonize
in the land of
“what if?”
trying to distract us
from our loving God
who is always in the
present moment

Dear Father Victor, my humble takeaway from your reflection today: When we understand our human limits, only then can we begin to understand the limitless joy of our salvation! I’m probably wrong…but you do inspire my thinking!!
Thank you, Father Victor!!
