How my heart was warmed by that prayerful video. We set up our tree today. The Nativity in its place. Center stage. Our cats quickly made beds beneath. Thank you for reminding us of the value of evergreen life in all its stages. The Lord will complete what He has begun. Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall. Young and Old. Children of God. Disciples of Christ. Sons and Daughters of The Virgin. Evergreen. Us All. Advent light grows bright. From our Little Nazareth to yours, blessings. Peace and Blessings. And Hope. Always hope. See you in thought and prayer. Jesus, Mary, and Joseph are so very close.
Thanks for the green video! I’ve share it with my family.
Let the birthing of Christ continue in each one of us. Here is a poem by Howard Thurman:
The Work of Christmas
When the song of the angels is stilled,
When the star in the sky is gone,
When the kings and princes are home,
When the shepherds are back with their flock,
The work of Christmas begins:
To find the lost,
To heal the broken,
To feed the hungry,
To release the prisoner,
To rebuild the nations,
To bring peace among others,
To make music in the heart.
